Employee Recruitment
You can count on Job Center partners to help with all your employee recruitment needs. Job Center partners host job fairs throughout the year, give referrals, provide access to job seekers, and some have on-site interviewing facilities. Contact your local Job Center to learn more about additional services provided at no cost to you. You can also learn about fee-based services such as screening applications, testing new or potential employees, job profiling, and recruitment of special populations to expand your workforce.

The training could include basic computer skills to highly specialized skills unique to your business, or may provide your employee with a General Education Diploma (GED) or High School Equivalence Diploma (HSED). Contact your local Job Center for more information.

Employee Retention
Is retaining your workforce important to you? There are fee-based services that will provide employee opinion surveys,
customized training, job profiling and assessments. For more information on all the services available to you contact your local Job Center.
