The Western Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, Inc. is a collaborative, interactive, and coordinated network of training resources and support services that is providing and retaining a well-skilled labor force for employers in western Wisconsin.

The Western Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, Inc. (WDB) is the conduit that connects indviduals seeking employment with businesses needing employees.
The WDB provides oversight to the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) system, including:
- One-Stop Job Centers
- Youth Education and Employment Program
- Adult Employment Program
- Dislocated Worker Program
