The Western Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, Inc. (WDB) is responsible for the development and oversight of the local Job Center system, including the designation of comprehensive and access points of service sites.

The WDB serves the counties of Buffalo, Crawford, Jackson, La Crosse, Juneau, Monroe, Trempealeau and Vernon. While not all these counties have a comprehensive Job Center, they do have access points available to educate the public on how to access the workforce network, its partners and programs.
